Prestige rooms include additional exclusive services: a private swimming pool with a bar, an exclusive area in the restaurant with buffet breakfast and table service for lunch and dinner (from 21 June to 13 September), and dedicated reception and check-in service. The rooms have an open minibar, bathrobe (from 12 years of age) and one beach towel per person from three years of age, changed daily. On the beach, a larger umbrella in a central position, along with three sunloungers, is also included.

Prestige rooms will have an area reserved for the central restaurant with buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner served at the table.
Guests who prefer to dine outside can also eat in the shaded area outside the central restaurant called 'Il Patio', and you can request travel baskets to consume anywhere in the resort.
The Baby Kitchen offers parents with children up to three years old everything they need to prepare baby food, from 6am to midnight.

Guests staying on the Ultra- ll Inclusive package enjoy unlimited access to the resort’s themed restaurants (subject to reservation).
Guests staying on the All-Inclusive package are entitled to two accesses per week to each themed restaurant (subject to availability).
The Prestige area of the main restaurant may also be booked by guests not staying in Prestige rooms, at an additional charge.
Please note that themed restaurant bookings must be made on arrival via the Bluserena App and apply to the entire room, not to individual guests.
