What happens if I contract Covid-19 prior to travel?
If you are travelling with TUI Airways you can amend your holiday for free if you contract COVID-19 before you travel, are officially required to isolate prior to your travel dates, or if your local area goes into lockdown over the dates you are due to depart (please note there may be a difference in price to pay for your new dates). You will still require adequate holiday insurance in case you become ill when abroad.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept debit cards and the majority of credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. Corporate transactions using a business credit card will be charged at 1.6%. Bank transfers can also be arranged on request by calling our reservation team on 01489 866959. Please quote your booking reference number on all bank transfer transactions.
What is your deposit?
We require a deposit of 20% of the booking total. Your balance will be detailed on your invoice and must be paid in full no later than 12 weeks before departure.
