What form of payment do you accept?
We accept debit cards and the majority of credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. Corporate transactions using a business credit card will be charged at 1.6%. Bank transfers can also be arranged on request by calling our reservation team on 01489 866959. Please quote your booking reference number on all bank transfer transactions.
What is your deposit?
We require a deposit of 20% of the booking total. Your balance will be detailed on your invoice and must be paid in full no later than 12 weeks before departure.
If you would prefer to pay your balance in installments this can be done online through Manage My Booking or by calling our administration team on 01489 866901.
