Do I need to provide you my passport information?
All airlines are required to collect Advance Passenger Information, however some airlines will collect this at the airport when you check in or via their website when you check in online.
If we require you to provide us with your passport information, we will advise you when we send your confirmation invoice. We will require this at least 7 days before travel in order for your tickets to be processed in time. Please visit Manage My Booking to input all Advance Passenger Information or you can call Aftersales on 01489 866935.
When will I receive my travel documents?
These can be expected around 2 weeks prior to your travel date and will include a travel guide, transfer vouchers, accommodation voucher and flight tickets (where applicable). If you have only booked your accommodation with us, you will receive all relevant travel information via email unless otherwise requested. Hotels have been preparing very hard to welcome guests and we have put together a safety guide to let you know what you can expect on your holiday during the Coronavirus pandemic.
