Our ATOL and ABTA bonding means that any package holiday booked with us is fully protected in the event that government restrictions are still in place to Sardinia at the time of travel.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) is currently advising against all but essential travel to anywhere in the world.
We are closely monitoring the advice from the FCO and should there be further travel restrictions imposed and your booking is affected, rest assured we will contact you to discuss the options available to you. We will prioritise contact with customers who are travelling the soonest.
If you have already booked a holiday with us, we appreciate you may have some concerns about the future of your trip, which is why we are now offering our customers greater flexibility and some much-needed peace of mind when it comes to future travel.
If you have an existing booking and are travelling between 1st May and 30th June 2020, you can now amend your holiday for free to a later holiday departure date in 2020. If you choose a holiday that's more expensive than your original booking, you'll need to pay the difference in price, plus any charges that third parties pass onto us. If you choose a holiday that's cheaper than the one you originally booked, we'll refund the difference. You can make a change up until four weeks before your original departure date.
If you have specific reasons for not wanting to travel and there are no FCO restrictions in place, we recommend you contact your travel insurers and talk to them about cover as our standard terms and conditions will apply for cancellations.
If you are due to travel after 1st July 2020, then our standard terms and conditions apply.
If you have a future booking where we can fulfil all elements of your holiday, our normal cancellation charges apply and we suggest you speak to your travel insurance provider to see if you are covered for self-isolation. If your GP has advised against travel, then again, you should speak to your travel insurance provider. Another option is to delay your holiday to when you can travel. If you are travelling before 30th June, you can amend your holiday for free to a later holiday departure date in 2020. If you choose a holiday that's more expensive than your original booking, you'll need to pay the difference in price, plus any charges that third parties pass onto us. If you choose a holiday that's cheaper than the one you originally booked, we'll refund the difference. You can make a change up until four weeks before your original departure date.
