La Mendula

Classed as very comfortable, La Mendula has all the facilities you need for a holiday in the sun; private swimming pool, terraces with sunloungers, a built-in barbecue plus a glorious countryside backdrop. San Pantaleo is just a short drive away and is a characterful Sardinia village with a weekly market and several delightful eateries.


A self-catering apartment with plenty of charm, this property overlooks the Marine Protected Area of Asinara Island National Park. This modern accommodation consists of one and two-bedroom apartments in a complex of 56. Each apartment is beautifully designed with sleek lines and a Mediterranean feel. The shared swimming pool is large enough for guests to have their own space or, if you'd prefer, La Pelosa beach is just 450m away. Although there is a small kitchenette with a two-ring induction hob, there are also a few cafes and restaurants just a short walk away from the apartments, should you not feel like cooking every meal. The town of Stintino is just 4km away, a car is recommended and is well worth it, as you will be able to explore the rest of the beautiful north west region of the island, such as Alghero and even Costa Smeralda to the east.

Located in the south of the island, Casa Querce is a haven for those looking for a hideaway for four. The Pula area is unspoilt and boasts the most beautiful beaches on the island. A car is recommended to get around, but you will be greatly rewarded by doing so. Pula is just 2km away with some lovely shops and restaurants to try, the beach is 4km away. Try Nora Beach for an idyllic day by the sand and sea, or for those looking to find a boat trip, St Margherita is a great day out for all the family. The villa itself boasts an abundance of pristine grounds, manicured with beautiful lawns and shrubbery, there is a pond surrounded by reeds and Pampas Grass, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The icing on the cake is the pool, a haven for those looking for lazy afternoons by the water, guests can find a shady spot under the Oak Trees, should it be needed. The cooling allure of the single-storey villa is all you need for a relaxing morning and a slow breakfast before heading out for the day, upon your return the large terrace area is ideal to enjoy an evening refreshment.
