For food lovers embarking on Sardinia holidays, the cuisine will be at the forefront of their mind.
Sardinian cuisine expresses a simple approach to life, imbued in its cheeses, spit-roasted meats, handmade pasta, olive oil and distinctive wines. With everything from classic Italian to native and traditional farming recipes, foodies will rejoice in the culinary opportunities presented all over the island.
Whilst many holidaymakers love to explore the different restaurants a city or town has to offer, it is equally great to stay in resort for an evening, enjoy delicious food and soak up the hotel’s atmosphere.

In addition to this restaurant, Su Gologone offers two further dining experiences. During the experience, the women will prepare local, mouth-watering specialities for you to try, leaving you feeling fully integrated into Sardinian culture.
If you are looking to step even further back into time, the “Corte de Su Re” or “King’s Court”
