Located in the sought-after resort of Cannigione, Casa Rosa is only a few minutes walk from sandy beaches, bars, restaurants and local market. A perfect option for couples and families looking for a traditional summer holiday by the sea.

Casa Rosa has become a favourite with our guests due to its fantastic location by the beach, in the popular seaside town of Cannigione. The house appeals to both families and couples thanks not only to its position, but also the beautiful garden and spacious accommodation. The main living area, kitchen and twin bedroom are arranged on the ground floor whilst the two double bedrooms sit on the upper floor, each with its own balcony looking over the garden and the sea. There is a lovely outdoor patio area complete with a large dining table, making eating in an enjoyable experience. If you wish to dine out, there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Casa Rosa is set within a residential area of Cannigione with a small sandy beach located just across the road from the house and two larger beaches within walking distance. Cannigione is a popular tourist resort with a good quota of trattorie, shops and local markets lining the port; it is bustling with life and offers more traditional Sardinian character than some of the nearby resorts. Casa Rosa is a great base for a perfect summer holiday by the beach.

About the Local Area

ABOUT AREA

Located on the western shore of the Golfo di Arzachena, Cannigione is a small fishing port with a handful of supermarkets and restaurants. The atmosphere is normally serene however you can get the hustle and bustle of tourists in August. There are also a number of beautiful beaches to the north of the village.

BEACHES

Golfo di Saline
North of Cannigione beyond Laconia, this beautiful bay shelters an exquisite beach of golden sand.

Santa Teresa
Enjoy stunning views of the straits of Bonifacio over the transparent turquoise sea as you head to the dramatic headland of Capo Testa to the west of Santa Teresa. The nearby bay of Santa Reparata has some delightful stretches of beach.

Tanca Manna
Tanca Manna sits approximately 250 metres from the road behind a saltwater lake. It has a great stretch of sand and plenty of facilities for families. A kilometre beyond Tanca Manna is Barca Bruciata, a small sandy beach which is quiet with no facilities.

Cala Capra
Cala Capra beach just beyond Golfo delle Saline is a pretty sandy bay tucked beneath the impressive Capo D’Orso headland with its distinctive bear shaped weathered rock.

Capriccioli
The Capriccioli headland has five beautiful small sandy beaches. There are facilities for boat hire and also a bar close to the beach. These beaches, including La Celvia, are amongst the most popular in the area.
