Wheelchair-accessible telephones and text phones for the hard of hearing are available around the airport.

Heathrow Help Bus

Passengers with reduced mobility can take advantage of a free wheelchair-accessible service running transportation between the bus station and all of the terminals. There are Help Point telephones or Help Bus telephones located in the terminal to arrange assistance.

Help Point Telephones

The Help Point telephones are available to request use of a wheelchair or assistance in and around the airport grounds. The telephones are located in the short stay car parks, outside the terminal entrances and within the baggage reclaim area.
