We specialise in private self-catering properties, the vast majority being detached villas with large private pool and extensive grounds. Due to building restrictions on the Sardinian coast, most of our villas are peacefully located in the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of mainstream tourism, yet positioned within a short drive from glorious beaches. Most are not overlooked and perfect for guests who wish to completely get away from it all! We also offer holidays in residences (where a group of self-catering apartments/houses share a swimming pool and gardens) as well as individual houses and apartments near the sea.

Furnished as a permanent or second home with many personal touches, fully equipped kitchen and well equipped garden / pool area.
Our Premium Collection
We have selected a small number of properties that stand out as very special and certain to prove popular with our most discerning guests. With their superb locations, generous secluded grounds, and superior facilities that you would expect from a large quality property, they are also our most exclusive villas. To complement our detailed descriptions, floor plans are available on on some of our selected properties. All Premium villas include a superior welcome hamper including good quality wine, beers, fresh pasta, delightful Sardinian pastries and a selection of antipasti with fresh olives, local cheese and salami. Should you wish, our collection can be teamed with extra services such as chef or nanny services, to ensure your holiday is even more special and relaxing.
