Nestling in the Sardinian countryside and set in 30 hectares of its own grounds, Mandra Edera is a delightful country hotel offering a real haven of tranquility and genuine hospitability. If you are looking for a special experience whilst discovering the authentic Sardinia, then we suggest you try Mandra Edera and its range of activities on offer: horse riding lessons, jeep and riding excursions, trekking and walking – what better way to explore the island? There is also a swimming pool on site, partly covered with a jacuzzi, a solarium and ample sun loungers for guests to relax. All rooms are comfortable, well equipped and tastefully appointed with Sardinian wooden furnitures, woven fabrics and beamed ceiling. There are four standard rooms in the farmhouse and eight suites scattered in the grounds, each with a separate lounge area and a private terrace.
 
The restaurant offers delightful home cooking using organic ingredients coming directly from the farm, and if you wish to improve your cooking skills, you can attend one of the chef’s cookery class and discover authentic Sardinian and Italian cuisine. In the vicinity are two of the most important archeological sites on the island, the Loca Nuraghe and the Santa Cristina and if you are the area in early July, don’t miss the annual S’Ardia horse race in the nearby village of Sédilo – it is one of the most exciting event on the island.
