Surrounded by a pretty lawned garden lined with scented bushes and flowering shrubs, this semi-detached house is ideal for a couple or a small family. It is set in a private residence of holiday homes enjoying a glimpse of the sea through the towering pines and eucalyptus trees as well as views across the macchiacarpeted mountains. The sheltered terrace, with its terracotta tiles and potted plants, provides a comfortable retreat to escape from the midday sun or to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Inside, the house is simply furnished with a number of the owner’s personal touches throughout. The living/dining room is small but comfortable, with a charming fireplace at one end and a kitchen corner at the other. From the property, a path leads down to the local beach, which is only a couple of minutes’ walk. There are also a number of stunning beaches just a short drive away including the idyllic sands and glistening waters of Chia with a number of watersports available. Casa dei Fiori is a functional house and a great choice for those wanting a beach holiday.
