What We Think
With a truly enviable position, near to several beautiful beaches such as Nora bay and the thriving character-filled town of Pula, Casa Stefania is a comfortable family home and the ideal choice for exploring the south coast. Although the house is in a group of six and not a detached property, it does have a feel of privacy, mainly due to the mature trees and shrubs that encircle the boundary. The front garden is surprisingly spacious and lush with greenery including a fruiting pomegranate tree and flowering hibiscus. Along the side of the house, the pool area is fronted by a covered patio area, ideal for outside dining. The house itself is on three floors, with the front door opening into the cosy living area and a small second kitchen. Upstairs are the main bedrooms, which are comfortably furnished and have some sweeping views of the countryside and coastline. The third and largest level of the house is actually below ground, housing the main living area with ample soft furnishings, cool stone floors and whitewashed walls – perfect for escaping the heat of the day. This floor also houses a further bedroom and the main kitchen. Casa Stefania provides comfortable accommodation, perfect for a summer family holiday.
