This is my favourite property on the West Coast. Brand new, this modern villa has it all. Set in a beautiful location, ideal for families, groups of friends and couples. The pool is lovely, it has three depths, so great if you just want to dip your feet in or go for an all over cool down, its ideal. The views are stunning, what an amazing outlook whilst you sit & watch the sun go down on the huge terrace. I feel this villa has a real homely feel, I love how the owner has decorated the rooms, very contempory!

Nestling amongst stunning countryside and rolling hills just outside Alghero, Villa Salondra commands spectacular views across the bay and offers a peaceful retreat for those seeking an “away from it all” villa. Recently built with the emphasis on optimum comfort, space and luminosity, this three bedroom villa provides high-standard accommodation and would particularly appeal to couples and families looking for a very comfortable home from home property. Inside, there is a spacious open plan living/dining room and a modern kitchen area, both with a number of French windows leading to the outside terrace. There are also three nicely appointed bedrooms, including a master room with sea views, king size bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the rear patio. The large terrace at the front of the house is undoubtedly one of the focal points of this property – it affords mesmerizing views and glorious sunsets, and it is also the perfect spot to while away many hours around lingering Sardinian lunches and a few glasses of local wine. The sun-drenched pool area sits at a lower level of the house with plenty of sun loungers and deck chairs, making it ideal for soaking up the sunshine! If you can bear to tear yourself away, then Alghero, Sardinia’s most picturesque medieval city, is only 4km away with a good selection of shops, trattorie, cafés and beaches.
