Set within large secluded grounds, Villa Barranch is a recently modernised country villa with private pool. This detached house is positioned in a peaceful, residential area a few kilometres south of Alghero. Bushes and pine trees naturally screen the property and give a high level of privacy whether on the terrace or by the pool. The front door leads into the open plan living/dining area with the new kitchen area at one end. The two bedrooms have been newly decorated in smart creams and blues, and with two separate shower rooms, the villa is ideal for a small family or two couples holidaying together. A large covered terrace stretches the length of the property where you can enjoy long leisurely meals. Surrounded by flowers, shrubs and vines, the swimming pool is positioned away from the house and provides a real haven of privacy for soaking up the sun and simply relaxing. If and when you do ever venture away from the property, the sandy Speranza beach is 3km away to the south, and the shops and restaurants of Alghero the same distance to the north.
