What We Think
Immersed in the beautiful, untouched countryside just outside Alghero, Montericciu consists of two modern apartments with shared pool and magnificent gardens. Set on the ground floor of a large individually designed house on a hillside, the property boasts breathtaking views as far as the bay, with sunsets over Capo Caccia in the distance; and offers access to the regional park which starts immediately behind the house and from which Montericciu takes its name.
Both apartments are well separated and very spacious. With tiled floors and whitewashed walls, the living areas are simply furnished and the kitchen areas are fully equipped for holiday living. Each apartment has its own terrace for outdoor meals, private from one another, one with a view over the pool, the other at a slightly elevated level with delightful country vistas. They both share a well equipped barbecue area on site as well as the large infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers and complemented by attractive Mediterranean gardens.
Alghero’s shops, restaurants, bars and waterfront activities are all within a short drive away. Alternatively and for those looking to discover the surrounding countryside, there are plenty of walking opportunities close by.
