New for 2012, we are extremely pleased to introduce Apartment Vista Mare into our collection – a beautifully presented property, situated in the small seaside resort of Porto Istana, just south of Olbia. The property has recently been refurbished to a contemporary style apartment featuring a delightful living/dining room, a modern kitchen and two double bedrooms, all with patio access. The large covered balcony is one of the key attractions here; it runs the length of the property and affords fantastic views across the Golfo di Porto Istana. From here, you might like to soak up the Sardinian sunshine, indulge in long leisurely lunches or even contemplate a game of tennis (available on site free of charge). You can find the nearest sandy beach a mere stroll away, but for those looking for a more “off-the-beaten-track” experience, there is a choice of unspoilt creeks dotted along the road towards Capo Ceraso – all with fabulous views across the islands of Tavolara and Molara and ample opportunities to swim in crystal clear waters. An excursion to the nearby islands also makes for an excellent day trip; there are regular boats leaving from Porto Istana. With a comfortable and homely feel throughout, Apartment Vista Mare provides the ideal seaside retreat for couples and families with older children.
