Villa Montemoro is a welcome new addition to our collection and it should soon become a contender for our most popular villa. Occupying a thrilling vantage point 300m above sea level, the villa dominates the surrounding area with views encompassing the landscapes for miles around – from the Costa Smeralda on one side, to the Gulf of Arzachena, the Archipelago of la Maddalena and as far as Corsica on the other side. The inside of the property has been arranged in a delightful traditional style with a mix of terracotta flooring, whitewashed walls, beamed ceilings and Sardinian furnishings, offering a homely and comfortable feel throughout. Set on one level and consisting of a large air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, it is also the perfect choice for couples and families seeking a relaxing holiday in the comfort of a private villa. The terrace and pool area will probably be the main focal point of your stay as it is from here you can experience Sardinia in all its glory – indulge in long leisurely lunches or evening meals in the twilight whilst taking in the extraordinary scenery of coastline, raw granite mountains and startling wind-sculpted rocks. When you eventually tear yourself away, the exquisite beaches of the Costa Smeralda as well as the authentic village of San Pantaleo are only a short drive away.
This property may be unsuitable for toddlers due to the drops beyond the pool area.
