Located in the residential area of Cala Capra, close to the famous bear shaped rock of Capo d'Orso and set in an exclusive bay with controlled access, Residenza il Mirto is a great base for a family holiday in Sardinia. Positioned directly by the sea and facing the Archipelago of la Maddalena, the views are truly magnificent. There are a couple of exquisite beaches only steps away from the complex whilst the town of Palau can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car.
Nestling amongst olive and juniper trees, the residence offers a real sense of seclusion as well as a relaxing feel. All apartments are well-scattered throughout the grounds, encircling the large swimming pool which sits as the centrepiece of the residence, and all offer simple and functional accommodation as well as delightful sea views.
There are many opportunities to explore the area, either by car or with Delphina’s excursion services: take a boat trip to one of the nearby islands or experience a sea safari. There is also the possibility to use some of the facilities at the Hotel Capo d’Orso facilities next door (on request and on supplement), including the spa centre and the 9 hole golf course - giving you the option to really indulge should you wish!
