Villa la Gjanda is a recently built 3 bedroom villa with private pool and stunning country views. Completely detached and tucked away on one of the most beautiful corners of the island, the villa provides a peaceful retreat for both couples and small families alike. The interior is very functional with good fixtures and fittings, modern furnishing and air-conditioning throughout. Consisting of an open living/dining area, a large and well-equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, the setting also offers a sense of practicality and comfort. Outside, the large terrace at the front of the house commands far-reaching views across the Galluran countryside – a great spot to unwind with a few glasses of local wine and some delicious Sardinian delicacies. There is also a lovely area at the back of the property with a swimming pool and good size lawn, suitable for children and of course ideal for those sun worshippers! Villa la Gjanda is only a few minutes drive from the nearest beaches of the Costa Smeralda – among the most scenic are Capriccioli, Rena Bianca and Liscia Ruja. A perfect location for sampling both coastal and country scenery.
