Tucked away in the North East of Sardinia and situated near the town of Arzachena, this villa enjoys uninterrupted views across the surrounding countryside and local vineyards – a delightful scene for those wishing to while many hours away by the pool or on the terrace. The pool area is encompassed by a wealth of trees, bushes and scented plants, and there is also a large lawn area at the rear of the house. The interior of the property is stylishly furnished with many contemporary touches throughout including prints, books and artefacts – all this complemented by high ceilings, white walls and large windows, giving the house a real sense of space and luminosity. Finished to a high standard of accommodation, Villa Ruby comprises a really inviting and open plan living/dining room, a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, and three double bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and private terrace or balcony. The nearest beaches are within a 20-minute drive, and can be found along the Gulf of Arzachena, with fine sandy coves and good water sports facilities. The small fishing town of Cannigione has a good selection of bars and restaurants nestled around a bustling harbour, whilst Arzachena offers a really good range of shops and services.
