Hidden amongst four hectares of land filled with macchia, granite rocks, pines and olive trees, the setting is a true delight for those who want to get away from it all!
Simply furnished in a minimalist style, the property comprises two bedrooms, a modern kitchen and
a spacious living/dining area with French windows that lead onto a covered terrace running the length of the house. There is also a separate studio, making it perfect for extended families.
If you are looking for the best beaches, then the glorious Costa Smeralda with its string of white sandy coves, crystal clear waters and real Italian flair is just a short drive away. And if you prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle, the traditional village of San Pantaleo with its pretty piazza, cafés and interesting craft shops, is also within easy reach.
