If you like peace and quiet, then this villa is to be recommended. The property and grounds are exquisite, and the owners very hospitable. As a party of five, it worked really well, as the inside is spacious and airy, especially the lounge area. The décor is bright, but tasteful, with some lovely features and all the bedrooms are a good size...

She is Corsican and lives onsite in the house behind the villa; she’s great - very welcoming and helpful, despite not being able to speak a word of English...

With the owners living only metres behind the villa, benefit from their advice on the best beaches and restaurants nearby. They may even give you a sample of wine from the vineyard in front of the house.

The pool here is huge, so take a lilo to float and laze around on.

Villa Description

Set amongst extensive private grounds just outside Arzachena, Villa Oro Verde provides optimum comfort and seclusion.

The luscious and pristine grounds are beautifully maintained – mature olive trees, granite rocks, exotic plants and flowers are found in every direction and provide the perfect setting for the large swimming pool. An archway leads to the vineyard to one side of the garden, which supplies the grapes for the owner’s wine production. The pool sits in view of the house in an area partially enclosed by a hedge giving additional privacy. There is a covered terrace next to the pool area, comfortable wicker chairs and dining table on the front terrace of the house, and a large covered barbecue area on the side of the property – Villa Oro Verde is just perfect for al fresco living.
 
Like the gardens, the villa is lovingly cared for with personal touches and a French influence from the owner Paola who originates from Corsica. The bedrooms are very comfortable and bright, and both en-suite bathrooms feature an immaculate freestanding roll top bath complete with polished claw feet. Large and airy, the lounge comprises an open corner fireplace and large sofas with an impressive stonewall and an archway leading into the dining area. Finished to a high standard and situated within a few minutes drive from exquisite beaches, Villa Oro Verde is certain to please our most discerning guests.
