First of all, this place is just fantastic in terms of a massive group holidaying together. It’s next door to Lu Triuzzu so combining the two could cater for up to 16 people, although Villa Maria individually can cater for up to ten. But the best thing about Villa Maria is it has two separate kitchens and living areas if two families wanted to ‘holiday’ and eat together, but allows for personal family space and time out. If you were preparing a humungous feast, having two kitchens helps for preparation and cooking!...

Travelling with Family/Friends?

Lu Triuzzu is just next door, so very convenient if you are travelling with family/friends but want the privacy of your own villa!

Villa Description

Next to Lu Triuzzu, this 5 bedroom villa is a popular choice with particularly groups and extended families. Built on a rocky slope, this property is set over two floors, each being almost self-contained from the other by a staircase and a dividing door. The upper floor features a large open plan area housing a prominent engraved stone fireplace, comfortable soft furnishing and a well equipped kitchen. The lower floor is fitted to the same high standard and comprises of an open lounge/dining/kitchen  area and three bedrooms. With great attention to detail, high ceilings and many personal touches throughout, Villa Maria provides a genuine home from home and a real sense of space. Outside there is a choice of terraces and balconies either overlooking the pool or by the barbecue area, and there are ample sun loungers around the pool – ideal spot to relax and take in the scenery.
 
For those who can tear themselves away, the glorious beaches dotted along the Costa Smeralda are within a few minutes drive whilst traditional village of San Pantaleo can be found at equal distance in the opposite direction.
